My client is a global law firm, looking for an experienced pursuits specialist to join the in a leadership role. This role would manage a team and be responsible for leading all their pursuits across their Europe and Middle East markets. The role is a chance to come in and make a mark on how the firm goes to market with pursuits, to evolve best practice and processes, enable and upskill the current team, and get involved in more of the advisory and coaching side of pursuits with the Partners.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Professional Services pursuits experience in either a law, accountancy, consultancy or real estate environment
• Proven team leadership/management experience
• A history of working in a coaching/advisory capacity with internal stakeholders
• The commercialism to spot where the next opportunity is coming from and the resilience to challenge the status quo and develop how the firm engages with clients around pursuits.
