Senior Manager, HR Projects

We are supporting one of the world’s leading Professional Services organisations with a Senior Manager, HR Projects hiring process. Reporting into the Talent Director, this role will oversee a small team and be responsible for driving key initiatives in the People Strategy across the region.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Partner with local, regional and global teams to lead and execute change initiatives around the People functions (i.e. global mobility, talent, career development, DE&I, recruitment)
  • Lead delivery of strategic global projects, adapting global principles to local needs
  • Continue roll-out Global People initiatives
  • Own and steer agendas for key leadership meetings to escalate and drive decisions

Desired Experience:

  • Proven experience of managing projects to successful outcomes in a complex and highly professional organisation, with a particular focus on stakeholder management
  • Experience working in a Professional Services organisation with a partnership structure
  • Experience of building effective relationships across functions and geographies
  • Strong communication and language skills both written and verbal
