We are looking for an Investment Manager to join an established Asset Management firm to deploy capital.

A highly regarded Asset Management firm is seeking an Investment Manager to join the investment team to acquire property investments. The Investment Manager will be responsible for:

• Reviewing prospective acquisitions
• Underwriting the assets
• Preparing Investment Committee papers & presenting to the IC
• Conducting Development Appraisals

This is a new role to the business and a great opportunity for someone to join an inquisitive investor acquiring opportunistic investments across all asset classes.
