A fabulous opportunity has arisen for a compensation specialist to join a highly regarded organisation for a 12-month FTC. You will be an integral part of a team managing job evaluation, benchmarking and compensation structure design across the global remit of a pioneering organisation.
- Support compensation benchmarking process and development of ranges and structures
- Provide support for compensation reviews
- Develop the compensation reporting, analytics and dashboards resources for the wider teams
- Support with global compensation and benefits survey planning and submission
- Perform analysis on base pay market positioning and salary range structures to ensure market competitiveness
- Provide support with evaluating reward programs, develop cost models, forecast analyses and plan design recommendations on a variety of global compensation programs, budgets and tools
- Provide timely and accurate reporting to the various stakeholders as needed
- Develop presentation materials to be presented to stakeholder and leadership teams
- Project manage and/or contribute to assigned key initiatives across the range of areas covered by Global Compensation Team
- Work on job evaluation and global benchmarking activities using the established evaluation methodology and market intelligence tools
- Assist in the development of processes and frameworks for workflow management to the COE, ensuring timely resolution of queries and requests from offices globally.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master/ MBA a plus
- Experience of corporate and/or consulting compensation
- Ability to drive analysis and processes with guidance
- Knowledge of reward practices with focus on benchmarking and compensation modelling
- In-depth knowledge of different market benchmark surveys and job evaluation methodologies
- Experience managing compensation related projects and initiatives
- Experience with compensation & analytics systems a plus (eg, Market Pay, Tableau)
- Experience working across different geographies a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
