Bid Manager

My client is a leading global professional services firm. They are looking to strengthen their bid teams by hiring a bid manager to focus on firm-wide bids and sit within the wider team.  The role would suit someone coming from a similar professional services accountancy, law, consulting or real estate partnership environment.  The role combines a mix of project management and bid delivery, with some coaching and advisory elements.  A strong attention to detail, mixed with a commercialism and ability to see beyond the bid and look at the bigger picture would make you a strong fit for this one.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Professional Services bids experience.
  • Strong project management and attention to details.
  • A human an engaging personal style, with the ability to build relationships and rapport at senior levels.
  • Team player with a calm head and a positive attitude.
  • Confident writer and editor, and either experience in or a desire to get experience in coaching and advisory activities.
