Having spent 8 years working internally, mainly within Tech Consultancy, I have an excellent network of Senior and Executive level contacts within IT functions and consulting practices, as well as Talent Acquisition and Recruitment departments. This experience gives me a unique insight into how clients operate, their processes and key recruitment drivers, enabling me to take a relationship driven approach to hiring at all levels and a unique ability to join the dots on the ground with the business goals and organisational culture.
