Source wanted to grow its consultancy team to deepen existing client relationships and build new ones. They needed to find an individual with proven experience in the professional services sector.

This was very much a niche project requiring deep knowledge and understanding of the consultancy’s needs and objectives and of its professional services target market.

They needed a search partner who would work with their leadership team in close collaboration to identify the most relevant individuals in the market.
