What they say

‘It was refreshing working with a very professional, personable and competent recruiter like Elliott. For one, he reads the candidate’s CV! He also tries to understand exactly what the client is looking for and has the ability to match the right candidate to the job. Elliott brings credibility back to the recruiting industry and I have no hesitations in recommending Elliott to companies looking to hire or candidates looking for their next career challenge’

Laura works with professionalism, integrity and skill. She thinks laterally about customer requirements and candidate experience which leads to a proactive, consultative approach that differentiates her from other recruiters. Her ability to build trust amongst her clients, based on honesty and transparency, enables her to provide well informed recommendations and guidance.’

‘Having worked with Sue as both a candidate and a client over many years covering several recruitment processes she has now become the first person I turn to when vacancies become available within finance departments under my remit. Sue sources good quality candidates, on brief and does so with a professional and personable manner that generates confidence.’

‘Alex is a fantastic, uniquely talented senior recruiter. Alex takes time to understand both parties; what they are looking for, how they may fit and whether they would be suitable for each other rather than just a ‘drag-and-drop’ approach. In addition, he provides great guidance to candidates should they be suitable for a role.’
