Outside of work, I’m a keen (but not overly talented cricketer) and have a general interest in health and fitness, at least managing to maintain some of my Sports Science degree!

I’ve been lucky to work with numerous talented Marketing & Sales specialists and support a wide range of growing SMEs and leading international brands to date.

I especially enjoy a challenge, whether that be finding that niche skill-set for a client and enabling someone to progress their personal career or running the Brighton marathon. I am also a keen cyclist and one of those CrossFit people – ask me about AMRAPS and EMOMS!

Outside of work you will usually find me running around after my two children and dog, however when I do get some ‘me’ time, I love to do a yoga class and attempt to play the piano.
