Reporting to Senior Management, the Lead Asset Manager will be responsible for driving income and controlling expenses to meet or exceed targets set at underwriting. You will be responsible for managing third party providers to maximise rental income and have oversight of expenses and set leasing strategy.

More than £300m has been raised to deploy across the residential fund. The existing assets are across the NW, London & the SE. As the Lead Asset Manager you will be travelling between sites.

The main duties of the role involve the following:

• Day to day management of properties within the portfolio
• Liaising with tenants, co-owners, agents, and advisors
• Ensure portfolio is statutory compliant.
• Set & implement leasing & value add initiatives.
• Ensure best practice energy management strategies are applied
• Reviewing capex quotes and instruct contractors and review completion reports

Desired Skills & Experience

• In excess of 7 years’ experience in residential property or asset management
• Ability to engage and influence at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Excel with the ability to complete Vlookups and Pivots.
