Human Resources Manager

Supporting the Senior HR Manager, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an HR Business Partner to work in a supportive, forward-thinking organisation at a time of growth. This role will have responsibility for delivering end-to-end HR activities and implementing HR projects and change initiatives aligned to the HR strategy.  Delivering exceptional client service, HR Business Partner will provide advice and guidance on all aspects of the employee lifecycle and proactively explore opportunities and implement projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

The main duties of the role involve the following:

  • Managing annual HR processes including salary and bonus review and performance appraisals
  • Guiding and coaching Directors in the management of disciplinary matters
  • Production and analysis of insightful people management information (including market trends and intel)
  • Driving HR Advisory key priorities
  • Monitoring, measuring and reporting on HR activity and issues
  • Managing and developing two junior members of the HR team

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Ideally CIPD qualified
  • Proven experience of the full range of generalist HR disciplines
  • Experience of improving processes and driving value add HR service delivery
  • Strong process, project and change management experience
  • Proven ability in influencing at a senior level with a commercial mindset
