One of world’s leading consulting firms is looking for an HR Manager to deliver best-in-class HR services across the region. Reporting into the HR Operations Director, this highly dynamic position will be responsible for leading a small team of HR in the running of the day-to-day management of all employee lifecycle processes.
The main duties of the role involve the following:
Continuously seek to optimise HR support structures and processes to improve quality of services, obtain efficiency and support the growth of the business
Manage a team of 2/3 employees and be responsible for their performance management and career development
Manage the onboarding process and work with senior stakeholders to ensure the successful induction of each joiner
Advise on absence management, performance management, grievance and disciplinary issues
Work with global HR teams for roll out of global policies
Desired Skills & Experience:
CIPD and Degree qualified or equivalent
Management experience with a track record of developing/growing the team
Proven experience as an HR professional in a large, complex and multinational organisation
Experience of managing complex employee relations issues effectively and with confidence, including grievance and disciplinary handling
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a high level of integrity
