One of world’s leading consulting firms is looking for an HR Manager to deliver best-in-class HR services across the region. Reporting into the HR Operations Director, this highly dynamic position will be responsible for leading a small team of HR in the running of the day-to-day management of all employee lifecycle processes.

The main duties of the role involve the following:

  • Continuously seek to optimise HR support structures and processes to improve quality of services, obtain efficiency and support the growth of the business
  • Manage a team of 2/3 employees and be responsible for their performance management and career development
  • Manage the onboarding process and work with senior stakeholders to ensure the successful induction of each joiner
  • Advise on absence management, performance management, grievance and disciplinary issues
  • Work with global HR teams for roll out of global policies

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • CIPD and Degree qualified or equivalent
  • Management experience with a track record of developing/growing the team
  • Proven experience as an HR professional in a large, complex and multinational organisation
  • Experience of managing complex employee relations issues effectively and with confidence, including grievance and disciplinary handling
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a high level of integrity
