HR Business Partner (TUPE)

Ernest Hunter Green is supporting one of the world’s leading property consulting companies to hire an immediately available HR Business Partner to project manage the integration of an acquired company.

The main duties of the role involve the following:

  • Operate as a HR expert to lead the integration of HR operational processes and cultural realignment in-line with recent and forthcoming business win.
  • Identify and manage organisational change initiatives. Support change activities such a restructuring and organisational redesign.
  • Partner with leaders, HR colleagues and other key stakeholders to shape, develop and deliver HR plans and solutions in line with dynamic and evolving business needs.
  • Provide professional advice, guidance and support to employees, supervisors and managers in line with organisations policies, procedures and employment law.
  • Advise managers on all aspects of the employee lifecycle
  • Ensure the effective execution of HR processes (such as payroll and data management).

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Solid experience in TUPE and a generalist HR environment.
  • A human resource management or business-related degree. CIPD qualification is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and credibility at all levels within the company.  Approachable, empathetic and customer-focused.
  • Strong senior stakeholder management with the ability to influence.
  • Strong employment legislation knowledge with TUPE and organisational change experience.
  • Change agile and thrives in a dynamic environment with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Continuous improvement mindset in regards to HR processes with an excellent attention to detail.
  • High level of change readiness, persistency and problem solving approach. Ability to multitask and project manage.
  • Team driven and a collaborative mind-set
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen. Solid understanding of the real estate/financial services is highly desirable.
  • Available to start ASAP.
