Ernest Hunter Green are exclusively supporting a leading retail scaleup brand to hire their first Head of International Marketing. You will support the business with ambitious growth plans beyond North America. You will develop and lead an effective marketing strategy for all new country launches and create a high performing team based from London to support this goal.

The main duties of the role involve the following:

  • Adapting the global marketing plan to ensure it is fit for Europe / local markets
  • Build country GTM plans having customer acquisition / experience at the heart of all decisions
  • Work with internal (international) teams to ensure the brand is positioned correctly and a consistency of message is maintained
  • Develop a toolkit to enable country managers to deliver effective and successful brand / marketing positioning
  • Have local marketing as a key focus in order to create an authentic message to new customers

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience working for an international scaleup business
  • Omnichannel marketing experience, ideally from a b2c and b2b perspective
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, commercially focused environment that is constantly changing
  • Strong stakeholder management capability, ideally within a previous matrix structure
  • Be excited by data and how it can help marketing functions more commercially minded
  • Fluent French, Spanish, Italian and German language skill – desirable
