A private property investment company is looking to appoint a Development Manager to work alongside the investment team appraising existing and prospective investments across Greater London & the Thames Valley.

Based out of the head offices in Buckinghamshire you will work alongside the existing team reporting to the Head of Acquisitions.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to investment acquisitions and development targets across asset classes.
• Carry out development appraisals of existing projects and potential acquisitions.
• Create value add initiatives through repositioning and redevelopment.
• Work alongside internal teams to manage & oversee the development process

In order to be considered you will:

• Have a proven track record in identifying and managing development projects in the commercial and residential sectors
• Ideally have worked at or advised private investors.
• Have worked at the front end of the development process.
• Have good practical knowledge of existing planning regulations.
• Ideally be MRICS qualified.

This is a great opportunity for someone to join a well funded, established investor to take on existing development projects and contribute to investment acquisitions. The role will suit someone looking to move client side to work directly for the investor.
